Year 10 Excellence Talk – Roz Bird

On Tuesday 18th January, our brand new Y10 Excellence Cohort took part in a talk with guest speaker, Roz Bird (MEPC Director at Silverstone Park).

 

The Excellence Programme is designed to cater for those students identified as more able, gifted and/or talented, and to support them on their journey through school. 

 

This Excellence Experience was planned to inspire our Y10 Excellence Cohort students, and to hopefully broaden their horizons as they work hard to achieve and fulfil their potential. 

 

It was a fantastic event, giving an insight into Roz’s job and a potential future career pathway.  We have many more plans for the future to expand the Excellence Programme across the school so as to inspire and encourage students to fulfil their potential.
