Priority 1: Quality of Education – Ensure our curriculum addresses the needs of our students through purposeful teaching and intervention, so they are Encouraged, Engaged and Empowered.
Priority 2: Behaviour and Attitudes – To continue to develop school culture (behaviour & attendance) through a common language of routines that maximise learning – Positivity, Professionalism, Perseverance.
Priority 3: Personal Development – Ensure the school fully develops pupil’s understanding and respect of others, so they are better prepared for life in Modern Britain and can demonstrate positive interactions, professionalism in all aspects of their school life and persevere in all they do.
